Transition Housing
Transition Houses
Staff at our two Transition Houses provide emotional support and practical assistance to women and their children experiencing violence. They can connect you with agencies and resources offering legal, medical, financial, housing, and other supports. Staff will help you explore your options and support you as you take steps toward living free from violence. Please phone the houses directly for assistance and intake.
Together, our two Transition Houses provide 26 beds across 11 rooms. This count does not include toddler beds or cribs.
