Casual Women’s Support Worker

Programs Manager

Ishtar Women’s Resource Society (Ishtar) is on the lookout for a dedicated Programs Manager who is deeply committed to empowering women and children to break free from violence. Our ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in program development and at least five (5) years of management expertise, preferably within the community social services sector. They should possess a comprehensive understanding of transition houses, women’s shelters, and community-based programs, as well as a strong grasp of relevant legislation and policies. Proficiency in information technology, financial management, and community relations is also essential.
