As the Director of People and Culture with Pacific Community Resources Society, I lead both the human resources and facilities teams. I am driven to create environments where individuals can thrive personally and professionally. My experience extends beyond the non-profit world; I’ve also held leadership positions in for-profit sectors where I gained valuable insights into effective management and strategic planning.

Ishtar’s commitment to supporting women is something I am passionate about. I understand the challenges women who are experiencing violence face which fuels my desire to support the work of Ishtar to creates a safe haven where women can find refuge, support and the resources needed to rebuild their lives.
